The club is in the final stages of approval with the OLA. The Element will be running a local program in 2011 and hope to send out provincial teams in the near future.</p>
<p>Mark Cooper is one of the driving forces with the Element and is no stranger to lacrosse or zone 4. He learned the game in Orillia where he played his minor lacrosse and his parents were integral parts of that club and the zone.</p>
<p>For Zone 4 the North Bay club fills a difficult distance gap between Huntsville, Sudbury and Tri-Town.</p>
